You could go to Billiard ProShop. It's on Hwy 64 just off of I40. My brother has done some dealings with them, but personally I haven't. He likes the guys there and speaks highly of them. They aren't in the middle of town. They are on the outskirts on the East side like you are headed to Bolivar, TN. It's not far though. If I were you I would call before I go. Good luck with those tips.
