Bacote is a super fine wood to make a cue out of though...just ask Dennis Searing.

Scott, you are SO correct about the market. It seems like every seller is having a tough summer unless you're trying to move maybe a handful of cuemakers. There's a lot of wood out there....
I'm actually glad this thread surfaced. Looking at the pics that 96supersport had, I'm really not that crazy about the cue.

I have a PFD made of Koa and it plays great.

Billiardcue.com uses Paul for their refinishes. I asked Dick for his opinion of Paul and PFD cues. He said something interesting. He said he has never seen an PFD that was in poor combination or tasteless.

I tend to agree.
