I'm a little confused on the differences between the breeze, storm, and i think the lightning? Can someone explain the differences and if you have one of the machines let me know your experiences with it.

Feel free to pm if you'd rather.

thanks,

thanks,

I can help. These are all cnc with some code provided.

The Breeze is basically a Taig mill with a few extras for cue building spacifically. The travels are 12" in X, 6" in Y and 6" in Z. This machine includes a Rotary table, Kress Motor and collets, and the controller with the stepper motors.

The Lightining is a made from scratch machine dedicated to taperring shafts and handles. It will have only an X and a Y axis with a phisical adjustment for the Kress Motors up and down.

The Storm is also a made from scratch machine that will do everything that both the Breeze and Lighting can do. The main difference here would be haveing the ability to inlay anywhere on the cue and then turning it down to finish size.

Jim are you sure the Breeze include the Kress I thought that was a upgrade?

It would be best for Lee to answer this however I was pretty sure that it did. If it doesn't then I would make sure that I got the orginal and the Kress as the original would work well for metal working like aluminum fixtures.

I agree this needs clarification from lee here is a link to his sales page http://www.briannaproducts.com/cncpage.htm What I would be interested in finding out the runout on the ER Spindle compared to the Kress. I think New Taig ER Spindle is max rated .0004 if I recall the newest taig spindle system is suppose to be great. I am wondering Kress rating. I think the kress having a higher RPM is best suited for point work or anything requiring heavy cuts the switching back over to the ER Spindle for inlay work. Another option for inlay work I have been looking at is the WolfGang Engineering CNC Spindles. Still you would certainly be better off having the Kress for cutting points. Just a few added thoughts. Something else I am adding to my setup is Linear Rails and Bearing blocks to quickly and accurately reposition the cue fixture. Have a good evening guys.

Good morning well finally back from the us open we are unloading today and business as normal tomorrow. We have done a few posts and changed some prices and options what i need to do is sit down and do a page with all the pricing and just what you get with each purchase.I will wil do this over the next few days once we get back to normal.
