Inside mag. expects its readers to assume a little too much,if they are trying to expand there audience. ob-1 article and no mention of who is pictured. (poor ad). We just got Feb. Issues this wk. (J.S)
 
behind or forgotten delivery

The pool hall just got all 25 feb issues this wk.- my comment was poor john his article in the inside pool mag- shows pictures not names. oyea guess we'll get a credit

Inside Pool is notorious for skipping issues, being late on issues, ending subscriptions early, and keeping subscription money and not sending any issues at all. There have been several threads about it.

I paid for a 3 year subscription and never received a single issue. I spoke to JR Calvert about it in person at a tournament, and spoke to their customer service person by phone also. I got the distinct impression from both that they just didn't care, and that it was going to be a hell of a hassle with me having to jump through 20,000 hoops to try to get it resolved. I ended up deciding it was more hassle than it was worth to get the subscription I paid for, which was my fault. On the flip side, had they been even the slightest bit customer service oriented they would have ended up making a whole lot more money off of me than the 60 bucks they ended up with.
 
They've been pretty good about getting my issues out to Thailand in a timely manner.

Even here to Austria,
I signed up last year at the SBE last year; even talked to Mawissa too.lol
I was worried also because I didn't receive my first edition until , if I remember correctly, it was July but Since I started receiving them, they have been punctual and will gladly extend my subscription.
I also read all the flak and was a little hesitant but I'll give them a thumbs up for now!!!!!

Two at once

I once received two issues in the same delivery. :eek: But that was a few years ago. I haven't had many problems since.
