Anybody else have any issue contacting Insidepool mag?
Their first webform to submit any questions kicks back errors on any browser I try.
The second method on that page seems to elicit no response.
Yes, I also tried it on different computers.
Their phone 888-428-7665 has a recording - "This number is not set up to take calls"
I purchased a gift subscription for a friend a few months ago and he has not received any issue.
Apparently, customer service is not a high priority. Their phone number did work flawlessly when they wanted me to call back and renew my subscription.

This has been on going for years now. Every time BCA Nationals came to the Riv., dozen's of people got ripped off on subscriptions to the magazine.

Insidepool is a scam! I don't give a shit how many great streams they give us, they have ripped off countless numbers of people on the magazine subscriptions. There have been plenty of threads about this already.

I will never spend a penny on anything related to insidepool and have been going out of my way to tell anyone who will listen that they should do the same.

Inside Pool has not published a magazine since July. Here is the archive to their issues online - http://issuu.com/insidepoolmag

If anyone wants to try an experiment, they can try to buy a subscription through their website. I will guess that section of their site functions with no problems.

This is an old problem. I've only subscribed to it once when I stumbled across a booth at a tournament and I happened to like the "free" T-shirt they were giving away. I never counted on actually getting the magazine, figuring my $10 subscription was for the shirt.

Oh, my favorite subject!!! These jerks are thieves, crooks, scammers ... I could just keep going but you get the point. I signed up for a combo annual subscription/T-shirt deal for about $40 bucks once. I got one or two magazines and then they stopped and I never got the T-shirt. I tried e-mailing them and calling and leaving voice mails which slowly devolved into letting them know what d*ck heads I thought they were. Sorry but you got scammed and you will never get any kind of response from these f*ckers!!!

I have posted this before and never got a reply -

Why was InsidePool allowed to setup a prime booth as you entered the main tournament room at the BCAPL nationals each year?

Everytime this comes up I always say the same thing. I feel for the people who are not getting the magazines they paid for and they should be getting them since nobody asks IP "Send me the mag first and I will send you the money after I get it" Might be the new way to go.
I also feel that there are many businesses out there that should also be speaking up since they probably paid more than a $40 subscription to advertise in IP. They are not getting what they paid for either.

I doubt CSI has actually received much in the way of complaints about this vendor at one of their events. TBH, it never occurred to me to file a complaint with CSI for not getting my magazines from IP.

Funny thing, that is the tournament I got my T-shirt at. They had them right at the booth so I didn't have to hope my garment would arrive in the mail. ;)

Billiards digest is the only pool magazine worth buying imo

Absolutely ... I agree 100%. Boy, I'm sure going to miss George Fells. I'm happy that they will be publishing his columns which were in inventory for the next nine months or so.

It's a shame that people don't take the time to use the search option on AZB before making a purchase on pool stuff. Yeah, I know, ... long time pool industry companies often appear to have a sound reputation. ...they've been around for a long time. ...They contribute so much to pool. One thing binds all those statements... pool. It is just the character of this sport. Well, at least sometimes it seems that dire.

Respect, Courage, and Commitment!

I guess it's time to get down to business of saving all of their YouTube matches to my hard drive in-case that goes away also. I knew I got that 2TB drive for a reason.

IP has been out of business for quite a while now. But they will still happily accept your subscription money. Send it in!
