Instructors in Central Florida Area

I did some Google searching and forum searching for Instructors in the CFL area, but most of the information seems old. Does anyone have any updated information?

Check with Scott Lee here on the forum ...He travels all over to give instruction and he has excellent credentials.

Scott Lee actually has moved to Largo, Florida

Largo is in the center part of the state but on the Western side by the Gulf. Just in case you dont want to have to Google it. It is 20 minutes from Tampa.

So, if you are in Central Florida, it might be feasible to hook up with him or come to his home town for lessons.

Also, he is still travelling and doing exhibitions and college stops and teaching classes, so, you could contact him and maybe get some instruction from him. If not, I am sure he knows others in your area.

Good luck,

Mike 'acedonkeyace' Kennedy

Definitely contact Scott. He is accommodating. His lesson/course is very well organized.

I have a good friend who gives private lessons in "Palm Beach County." I'm not sure where that is in relation to where you are in Florida, but he posts here sometimes. His name is Tom Wirth aka "Tom-Tom."

He also has a pool table in his living room for those who want to come to his place and be away from the distriactions of a pool room.

If you PM me your contact info, I can have him call you, or in the alternative, you can find him on Facebook as "Tom Wirth." I think his AzBilliards member name is TRWpool, so you can also PM him: http://forums.azbilliards.com/member.php?u=82795

He's very detailed and is a total pool aficionado about all pocket billiard games. He's also a gentleman and a scholar. Everybody likes Tom-Tom. :)

Tom-Tom was my first thought, too. Especially if he's reasonably close and even more especially if you like one pocket (I recommend him for any lessons, not just one pocket, but that's his best game).

merlinn31...I do live in Florida, and do travel the whole country teaching full time. Give me a call and we can work something out. I can come work with you as soon as Sat., but I need to hear from you ASAP.
