Interesting Early Joss Box Cue

BTW,

Mark Kulungian also had a box cue coming out of the wrap for sale in a couple of his For Sale mailings. I found the pictures in my photo files. ( I KNEW I had seen another one somewhere!).

If you have access to Mark`s pictures, check cue #4 JOSS Custom in his pictures of Feb 1997. Also cue #15 in pictures of JAN 1998 . Write-up says "Dan Janes made very few of this design".

Gian,

I had fun for over an hour going through my entire files of John Wright photos from his mailings. I have ALL of them, categorized by date in sequence. Several large photo albums. I thought I had seen the box cue Sigel had owned for sale in John`s pictures......Will Prout

Thanks Will for adding so much to this thread. I have John's pics going back a few years but viewing cues that I passed over one or more times often makes me feel ill today.

You know I had a shot at the famed Bill Stroud pink ivory box cue. John knew I was hot for it in 92 and called me every 3 weeks or so. I'm learning to live with regret on that one.

As for the Sigel cue, I thought you won an E-bay auction for it. The seller wasn't listing it as such but I recall hearing the story about it later. I bid back then...that box cue was stellar.
