Any ideas?

The pin/insert is an 'Accu-Loc' set.
I personally feel they are superior to Uni-Loc Corp's version.
They were popular about 10 yrs ago but I haven't seen much of them since.
As a public announcement more than a hi-jack, I have about 30 sets in stock if anyone needs prts.

The forearm of the cue is signed so I'll see if the owner knows more about it

30 Sets of pins and inserts? Price?

Yes, but that's an entirely different pin. More like the McD-QR than the Uni-QR.
This one has an SAE thrd and I think there is an import metric version that's named 'Tru-Loc'.

The Schemlke pin installs with SAE tooling. The Accu-Loc pin is a dead knock-off of the Uni pin
with the exception of having 3-4 connection thrds as opposed to 1. Other than that, they are identical.
I haven't seen a Tru-Loc pin out of the cue to make a comparison.
