International Open

When I see what Chris Robinson and Justin Bergman are doing it makes me think that we might not have our best guys playing in the upcoming MC. Tyler & Skyler (sounds like a singing duo) are both gone already. Out with barely a whimper.

justin played against corey (or max?) for a spot on the team that went to russia, but lost. chris i dunno but surely he must have been in the discussion

Not for nothin', but Archer has no prayer against SVB...hasn't for years!

Scott Lee
Director, SPF National Pool School Tour

He won 11-9 I guess Johnny ant to bad of a scrub. Shane is better now but in Johnny's prime Shane would have no chance.

Ko had several chances, not that many, but he seemed to weaken when Yapp continued to apply pressure. Yapp inmpressed me. First time I've really observed his game. Very smooth left-hander. His stroke remind me of a young Dennis Hatch.

Thanks. And I agree about Yapp. I watched him in the open for the first time.

Shane won 5 USO titles on a much more competitive field.
Sorry, JA was never as good as SVB.

I’m not a Shane zealot but there’s no one in the world that he “wouldn’t have a chance against” living or dead. Unless you start talking 14.1 or 3 cushion or sommat.

Posted in wrong place. Darn old age...….

One again I made the trip to Anchorage and got my butt whipped in the pool tournament. I believe if I was playing regularly on a 9' Diamond table I would do better in the tournaments.

I can't find a used one in Alaska, have looked for years. Shipping one to Alaska is very expensive. Any one have any miracle ideas? Woe is me.
HUH? What's this got to do with this topic?

You, of all people, should know better than to judge a player based on one event.

Jerry the first commentator i have heard pronounce Aloysius correctly.(Aloe-ishus) I believe it was a fairly common name in America in the 1800's .

Down 10-5 and shooting the 8, Ko draws the cueball straight down table into the corner pocket.

Johnny won 4 world 9 ball titles shane has no world titles. Johnny played against efren and earl an busty and Parica just to name a few. Those players are as good as any today.. sorry but Johnny in his prime is way better than Shane.

Agree 100%. Archer was one of the best of his day and an equal to SVB anyway you cut it.
