KT has his head up his you know what on that rule. True he is trying to clean up Pool's image, but playing in a suit and not so comfortable shoes IMO is not very smart.

I think many of the women of the WPBA have already done this. Loree Jon Jones, Ewa Mataya Laurence, and of course Jeanette "Black Widow" Lee come to mind. It has not hurt the WPBA or their careers. Of course, it is a matter of degree, mini-skirts might be over the top.Tennesseejoe said:I voted no for obvious reasons. However I think that making money in any sport is not always about performance but about marketing yourself. If an enterprising young lady would spice up the womens division by dressing in a manner that the majority of spectators (men) would take a closer look, I believe it would be to her financial advantage ie., endorsements, exhibitions, etc.
Would this be demeaning to the sport? Absolutely not. It would bring more spectators. Could it become to spicy? Yes, but all that would have to be done is revise the dress code again. That again would only add to the spectator curiosity. Sexy does not necessarily mean trashy.
Many men and women look absolutely boring by their dress and manerisms in pool tournaments and especially league play. It is easy to identify the classy and stylish players. These are the one that new spectators root for and isn't that what we want---more spectators, more interest, more money for our sport?
