That looks like Sandor Tot possibly. ;)

I originally thought so, as he was playing Corey, but then I wasn't sure and thought I would go back through when the guys are here to name them.

Earl Strickland vs. Nick Vandenberg. Earl loses a game and starts racking, muttering, "Send the villains home!"

I thought he was referring to the Europeans, but then after a pause, he said, "The Americans, we're nothing but villains."

Earl's behavior got more bizarre as the day wore on. When Earl was playing Dee Adkins in the 5:30 round, he yelled loudly, "You shut up!" All eyes went to his table where he was addressing Sammy Jones sitting with Bucktooth, apparently in a yelling match. Sammy left soon after, but Bucktooth didn't. Dee took a break and when he relinquished his shot in the next game, Earl just sat in his chair and complained to the ref. The ref told him to take his shot.

On his 8:00 match against Ronnie Alcano, he kept glaring and muttering to the audience, his face red. He yelled at John Schmidt who later told me the guy is gonzo. John was in his corner rooting for him!

Earl really got T.O'ed when the cameraman recorded every minute of his sulk, even when he turned away, both ways. Finally, he told the cameraman to leave him alone.

Thanks for all the great pictures Linda, it looks like all is going smoothly in Vegas!

hey Linda,
Very nice pictures overall, I really like how close you got on a lot of them, most people tend to get back too far. One thing I would suggest (and this is what I do professionally) is beacuse your shooting at a fairly slow shutter speed is when your shooting, keep your elbows in real close and make sure when you push down on the button your doing it gently and not moving the whole camera. Some of the blur your getting is from camera movement not the subject moving so much. It is a common mistake that people make, moving the whole camera.

Still nice job!

I'm pleased you said that I got an headache now! :) Nice pics but given a couple or them are actually sharp its almost certainly camera movement when you take a pic. SOme of them where great though, thanks

Yeah, it's a new camera and with a big zoom and all the motion, it's hard to catch everyone in one spot. It is also on automatic...too many dials to figure out. I did notice that if I depress the shutter halfway, it sort of locks on to the image, but by the time I take the pic, they may have moved. No flash and a long zoom makes it tough. Many of these were taken from across the room. I like the portrait shots too. I do hold my breath and keep my elbows in, but I really need a tripod. I will bring one next time. ;)

LOL, I don't think anyone could ever accuse Bucktooth of shutting up so I'm not surprised. The funny part is... what's good for the goose..... :D
