It looks as if the players have to really stroke the ball from the way Bustamante was slamming it.

I hope that was sarcasm in the other post about stroking the ball... Buste was barly touching those shots.

Colin, is the cloth brand new? And is it Mali or Forestman? if its new, those things have as much slide as Simonis 300.

Nice how Busta just pops in the bank being down 6:4. Definitately see how the cloth makes a difference. Last night I played on Mali and it was dramatic how slow it was in comparison to the other table in the room with Simonis on it.

Sweet video, thanks alot for letting us see that Colin. Very nice bank at the end of that rack, and it seems at least in that game that 8-ball is indeed making the players invent some shots and think alot more then 9-ball ever made them do.

I don't think the previous post was sarcasm at all...the cloth looks very slow to me. Bustamante definitely wasn't planning on banking the 8 for his last shot. He wanted to get position such that he'd pocket it in the back left corner. However, his position came MUCH shorter than where he intended due to the slowness of the cloth. He stroked the CB pretty hard as well, and it still came signifcantly short of the mark.
