i guess i should have been more specific. is anyone buying anything from az'rs in the wanted/sale forum here? it seems like nothing is selling

sold about $21,000.- worth of stuff in the last 5 weeks .. ( not including a 14k cue that i helped a friend move )
now with xmas fast approaching, things will slow down considerably unless girlfriends start buying cues as gifts

now i don't feel so bad. i thought it was only me that was broke. i've actually decided to stop gambling (not that i bet real high but it all adds up) and spend that cash on cues i've always wanted or throw it in a savings account.

I dont really know what the cue market was 2 years ago but I do know that every collectable market is taking a hammering right now.There are some people taking advantage of it and buying things but not many.I suspect its going to get even worse.I would think even the custom makers are running into people who ordered cues 2 to 10 years ago and now dont have the funds to pay off what they owe or just will not pay because of the economy.And some who do get their custom they have waited years for,instintly put it back up for sale.Its a buyers market in almost every market right now.
I dont know about anyone else, but I have been itching to buy lately and I see a lot of good deals. I havent paied attention to the for sale section in a while but have been looking alot as of late. Really looking for a Wrapless Stacey PJ cue for a good price.

RECESSION is going strong, I saw it last week on vacation, people are not traveling as much.
if they're not traveling as much now i can't wait to see how little they travel when the gas prices go back up. it's crazy these days i tell you. a buddy of mine just bought a tahoe or some monstrous gas guzzler. he's going to be hurting like a moe foe when the prices get back up to 5-6 bones a gallon. to keep it pool related i'll go ahead and let you guys know that the guy i'm talking about is a pool player
