I have just been playing around with some and I think they are awesome! Absolutely amazing workmanship and phenomenal hit. I'm lucky enough to play at a Pool Hall where I was introduced to Kent and his cues by, Robert Frazier and absolutely well informed cue collector and my good friend! He plays there, and he has been kind enough to let me hit with some of his Gina cues, Kent Davis, As well as Bert Shraeger cues and many others. You name it and Robert most likely has one if not two! Also many of the players there have Kent Davies Cues, and every time I see one I am blown away. I have also been luck enough to meet a play with Kent who is a top shooter as well as a great guy! Both Robert and Kent have made me feel right at home since I moved to La Habra a year ago. I wanted to get a Pic of one of my favorite Kent Davis cues that he made for a very tall friend of mine, Tony O. it is 61" or 62" long and just looks and hits perfect for me! But For Now here is a link to his site and some Pics!
Enjoy!

More pics to come, Kent is local to So.Cal in San Dimas.
Please post your pick's If you have any! So far I have not owned a custom Cue since my Burt Schaeger was lost in 93. I have used Schons, was flirting with the idea of getting a Tim Padgent but I'll have to wait for any custom cue action till I'm recovered. Still love my Schons!

I've been a dealer of Kents cues for about 9 years. You get a lot for your money and the craftsmanship is excellent. Kent has a great stash of seasoned cue woods and pays close attention to how his cues will play. Although Kent has been building cues for over 10 years, he is not widely known.

Is it different when you sell these vs Gina's? You got my post deleted for making that point last time.

Im a lucky and proud owner of a Kent Davis cue with a second being made as i type, it is definitely one of the best cues you can buy. Kent has an amazing eye for detail and is a perfectionist, and with his years of experience and awesome selection of woods you get a unique and beautiful cue everytime.

Amazing Work

I have owned a ton of cues and I have to say that my Kent Davis is my favorite player. The feel and sound when I hit the ball is incredible.

Actually; one of the pictures posted above are of my cue... it is a wrapless cue with no points and a nice burl in the handle... it is an absolute monster that will never be sold.

Getting a custom cue from Kent was a great experience. He met me at a local pool hall to make sure I was OK with taper, feel and overall quality. He offered to do anything that I wanted so the cue would play like I expected. I would not hesitate having Ken make me another cue in the future!

You talking to me?

I don't sell cues! Let alone Gina Cues or Kent Davis cues! I don't even have a custom cue! I'm happy with my Schon's for now, but having owned a Burt Schager back in the late 70's I now appreciate good workmanship. If I could afford a custom cue, made to a design or theme I have in mind,I would go to either Kent Davis or Tim Padgett. But winged monkeys will fly out my ass before I could afford that. Someday! I have more important health issues to tackle first. (Someday as in getting a custom cue, not as in the monkey reference)
Just a very bad year! (Right now I don't think I could get laid in a monkey whorehouse with a sack full of bananas!) Next year may just be my year!

Wow! That turned out great!

Here is a Kent Davis cue that he made for Tony O.

This was the first Kent Davis cue I have ever played with, and it was awesome!
Extra long as Toney is like 6'4", but it felt great! Nice hit lots of action!
