Is JB Cases still in Business?

You make the most functional case I have owned.

JB cases are supreme. I'd like bigger pockets ...not length and width...the height...could be slightly higher. My eyeglass case is large and tight in the big pocket. (constructive stuff here JB)
I have Guisseppe's and Justis cases...have more cases and cues than brains. Had no interest in owning another case. I read so many positive reviews I had to buy a JB. So now I have 2 and looking for a 3rd. Sadly Seyberts does not stock them....but I'll buy one (ready to ship) from JB's website as I do not want to build/wait for a case.

I can't spend hours looking through dozens of videos trying to find the one case that just happens to have the options I'm wondering about. I've already browsed through some of them and haven't found what I'm looking for. If you have one in particular in mind that goes through all the rugged case options, I'd be very grateful for a link to it. A link to some photos would be fine too. There are a lot of options.

You can have the pockets made taller- speaking with John recently I asked about this. Pockets are 1.25" by default; I'm having mine made 1.5" instead.

If you think about a feature you want, they'll probably figure out how to do it.

That's true, we don't generally run fire sales on our cases. We don't stop any dealer from selling the cases for whatever private deal they want to make. We do ask that they advertise the cases publicly at the suggested retail price.

But there are very few dealers who stock our cases and we are not actively signing up new ones.

So the selection is likely to be fairly limited with dealers but I do recommend to customers that they shop around for the best deal.

Pretty honest I would say.

When I saw the thread title it made me wonder if you finally broke down and pursued your lifelong dream of pole dancing. I guess not. Just as well because we still need good cue cases.

Jb Cases

I have some of his amazing JB ruggeds in stock. Not many left as they go quick.

Brendan Sullivan on Facebook is the easiest way to send pics. I can also text.

I currently have about 5 - 2x3's, 2 - 3x4's( 1-camo, and one black with green stitch), 4 - 3x6's ( navy, grey, chocolate brown, olive green), and one chocolate brown beautiful 4x8.

I bought a case for my wife and I off Seyberts. They are called Focus cases with JB cases Ultra pad. So I didn't think I was buying a JB case but it's exactly like my wife's old one. Which the cats liked to use as a scratching pad. Still some on there.

I have a 2x3 ult. rugged for my regular use, but picked up one of the focus 2x5/3x4 cases on special strictly to use for storage, noting it had the JB UltraPad interior. They're nice enough cases, but don't hold up to an actual JB case in any other respect.

For one thing, at least in the 2x5/3x4 configuration, the interior is far too cramped - the Focus case is really, really tight to fully utilize all the slots (to the point that extreme care has to be exercised when inserting/removing parts to avoid rubbing against the caps of other shafts/buts) - the JB 2x5/3x4 are more appropriately sized to minimize the risk of accidental damage when inserting/removing (as well as by way of general construction) and to make that insertion/removal very easy.

Another benefit to going straight through John is that you can tweak any aspect of the case at nominal cost, from color of the thread, adding backpack straps, tray, different #/location/style pockets... pretty much anything you want to do that doesn't compromise the integrity of construction/protection, he can do.

Yeah I just ordered a custom 2x5/3x4 Ultimate Rugged last week with custom embroidery. The embroidery work he can do now is pretty amazing. I'm having mine done in a US Army theme (black with yellow stitching) and with the Army logo and my name embroidered. The options are nearly limitless, within reason -- you're not just limited to what they offer on their site or on the custom order form. Email them or their guy Matt to get a quote on whatever you want.

just went to their site

when you click on the jb cases it says none are available

I was just there and they have about 30 of them
Just not on their website yet call them at 1-866-826-9602
