First saw him playing CJ Wiley at Champs in a big tournament. He had a Big group of Mexican fellas routing him on. Once he lost All the boys didnt saw up for his losers side runon Sunday. He came thru Waco on couple times over the years around 98' and 2006. but we knew his speed.

He has good reason to stay in Mexico.

Marco was also a pretty sporty 3C player.
I saw him play at Chris’s in Chicago when they held an event with a stellar field back around ‘98. However, it was kinda funny when he came up against a player like Ceulemans. I say that because Marquez is basically a pool player who blasts away and makes a stunning number of points while RC is, well, Mr 3C. So RC is playing beautiful controlled 3C, controlling all three balls and playing position, and MM gets up and is, comparatively, like a wild man but still runs back-to-back fives.
If was worth watching the match just to observe the look of bemused bewilderment on RC face.
