Is Ronnie right?

IMHO? Yes. Ronnie was right. If you watch close enough you see the red wobble just slightly and then re-settle back in its place.

The ref needs new glasses.

It appears that the balls are indeed touching.

This is not the argument.......

Of course Ronnie hit the ball. The argument is whether the balls were frozen or not.

In snooker this is a big deal because if they are frozen, you can shoot away from the ball and its considered a good hit.
In the situation they were in, it could mean the game. Since the ref called it "frozen", the player merely shot away...

Sure does look like a touching ball from the camera view.

You can't possibly tell if the balls are frozen or not from the camera view.

Sometimes you have to get over top of them and hold your hand over the balls.. Then you can clearly see if any light passes between the balls in question..

ronnie was very rude here. No need to embarass the referee time after time.

Dude... Ronnies arguement was that the balls were NOT touching...

Alright. My bad. I took another look at the video without any distractions this time around and the volume up a little more.

I made an error. I'm only human. Burn me at the stake if you wish.

I need new glasses.

Are ya happy now?
