Playing a guy and he puts a 6" extensoon on his cue to reach a shot. No big deal.
I leave him real long and he takes a 2nd butt and screws it into his cue as a extension.
Wtfjh?
I know anything goes gambling, what about bca?
I just bought my first 8foot cue. I plan on using it for those rail shots on the other end of the table.
I don't think there is a length limit in any rule set. The minimum is 41" inches though.
If I take my snooker cue, add the mini butt and the fully extended telescopic extension, it works out to about 91".
I'm thinking of adding a rear view mirror extending beyond the tip and object ball to assist aiming.
The minimum length is 40" (both WPA and BCAPL), and you are correct about there being no maximum length.
However, the weight maximum is 25 oz. (no minimum). Though I find nothing about it in the rules, I imagine the weight of an extension should be included.
Incidentally, why do the specs include an upper limit on the weight of a cue? What advantage would I gain from using a 3-pound cue?
