Is there anything we can do for Tom's family?

I am wondering if there is anything we could do for Mr. Tom Ferry's family members?

For example, would anyone be interested in setting up a way so we can perhaps paypal some donation to his family?

I am not saying his family needs our help finacially, but I think it would be nice to use this as a means to pay some respect and show our appreciation to a fellow great pool player and "hustler" as Tom likes to call himself, who has given us a lot of his precious time and great pool stories and cherishable memories.

Good suggestion. The organizing committee is taking note of all the suggestions; and we will DEFINITELY do something to honor his memory at next year's DCC.

How about an AzB Hall Of Fame? We've lost 2 members in the past month, Lamar and Tom, that contributed so much to this forum and to pool in general. Just an idea. Peace, John.

Original question was: what can we do for the family...


Trust me, since i'm gettin'wasted 'cos it's the week of anniversaries...my dad passed away 12th of April and his b-day is, for me always, 18th of April...


so what we can do for the family...not to forget them after some months or years when these days are hitting the agenda. So, my dear friends, stay by your friends no matter where they are or what they do...they are still your friends. And when a friend becoms the friend...JUST PLEASE....don't forget the family...(and for me the family is not only the "blood family")
