Absolutely not, the city elders strictly forbid it, at the orders of The Giant Mouse.
Visit the Giant Mouse in the Magic Kingdom and hear him and all his animal pals giggle, taunt and talk you to death. You'll get so tired of it all, that you'll think you're having disney spells.

( Our boat once got stuck in the tunnel between 'worlds' in "It's A Small World Afterall" and we had to listen to that song non-stop for hours. It drove me crazy. When I returned to New Orleans, I talked about my experience on local 'talk radio'. Shortly thereafter, there was a whole skit on Saturday Night Live with the original cast and Killer Bees depicting my version of the experience.)
