Looks legit.

there are a few things about this cue that are important in determining its value.

Is it, in fact, an ivory joint or is it a substitute?

Straightness of all pieces.

Are shafts full or close to full?

If the answers are yes to ivory, yes to full shafts or close to full and all straight then this TS is def worth $1300 and could possibly go for in the $1500 range.

Big pin with ivory joint is a big deal and the 2nd shaft is a value adder for sure.

I am certain someone, or a few someones, will want this to be their playing cue.
