Is this for real? Keith McCready Schon from the Color of Money?

First of all, I sure would like to know who has that cue stick right now.

Me giving Steve Meeker that pool cue, there was an agreement to that. I gave it to him as a favor, and he was to give me $2,000 when he sold it. That was the stipulation. I haven't heard from Steve about it, and it's funny that now I see it on eBay.

It was my Schon, and it is a good-playing cue. Actually, it was one of my better playing cues that I've had in my lifetime, and yes, I did use it in the movie.

I would appreciate it if the current holder of this cue contacts me, and I will give him all the information that he may need. I am not too comfortable expressing myself on the Internet.

I can email you a pic, but I can't post to the forum. I got it from a guy in Toledo, Oh, that said Keith was there and had some problems and sold his stick. I'm sure he'll remember the details.

Thanks,

Doug

Doug, I remember selling that break cue in Toledo. I was probably a little short on dough, and I had an extra break cue anyway. I don't remember what I sold it for. It wasn't much. I think it was 60 or 90 bucks.

If you think you can get a couple dimes for it on eBay, I'll be happy to authenticate for you. All jelly rolls will be appreciated! :D

Pics are on the way Lenny, Thanks for the help. Keith just posted and said it was his, but you can post the pics anyway if you want. I wish I would have been the first guy to buy instead of the guy that just paid $500 bucks for it. Oh well, life goes on and its a very cool cue in my collection. Thanks Keith for the post.

Thanks,

Doug

I am glad to see that she was able to finally get you up and out of bed. I thought you quit playing pool; whats with the sleeping all day thing? :)

Pretty neat that in just a few hours both of your older cues have appeared on the market. I really want that 'black widow', to use as a player, not a breaker I can not believe what you let it go for. Makes me ill that I wasnt there at the time. It would have been mine for sure.

I had one of those Schon Black Widow cues stolen from me a few years back. It was a great playing cue for sure!

What was on the ebay page.

Harley Cues. Thats what I saw. Said Overhaulin65 and its signed in as the user on top.

Curious as hell. I know Overhaulin65.

That's a good one- I have the golden balabuska too. Ha Ha

where's ol blue, or the rose case, Ask or call Evan Clark for info on the schon cue. mark

You guys won't believe me, but I have the actual Joss that represented the Balabushka in the Color of Money. It was given to me by Scorsese. It's in a safe deposit box. I am short on cash and will take $1000 for it. Please send check to Kevin Trudeau. In exchange, he promised me I would be a "weight loss star."

Gotcha.
