As a matter of fact some have asked me to say something. I'm friends with both players and vendors in the industry. They respect me for having the guts to speak my mind and know that most people on here know that I'm honest & stand behind what I say. From time to time people have come up to me and suggested and/or asked that I say something on here... stuff that they "can't" say because of their position in the pool world.

So yes, my little IPT troll, some have asked me to speak for them.
It's a good thing that you have enough "GUTS" for all of you.
What would they do without you?
Those poor gut-less / mind-less ghost you talk about.

don't you just love it when posters say "well, if your not an ipt member then why should you care if an ipt player was paid or not, HELLO!!!!! you stupid dumb ignorant people, are you crazy?????? of course these people should care, they should care a lot! the entire billiard world, is watching every move the ipt makes, they are supposed to have raised the bar on professional pool, they the ipt, say we want you to dress a certain way, act a certain way, we want you to be the upmost in professionalisom so you can project to the world how much class and status you have being an ipt player, and you will in effect set into motion a frenzy of outside pool players entering qualifyers because you are their role models, and then we will have everyone on earth trying to get onto the ipt. so with that in mind, not my words but kevin's, get a grip on reality, people care because if the ipt players are supposed to act professional, then where is the ipt professionalism???? it's no where to be found, in fact, i'll go so far as to say, it's more important that the outside billiaiard world hears we got paid, so they could relax and start entering qualifyers, i'm sick and freakin tired of"why should you care your not an ipt player" that's like in a sense asking someone who just jumped out of a plane, "was it easy to find the cord, for the shute?" perfectly logical and practical question don't ya think? they wanna know because they are scared shitless, and if they are gonna attempt it, they want to know if it was easy to find the cord, well the "outsiders" wanna know, did the ipt players get paid, before they enter one of the very expensive $2,000 qualifiers, does this makes sense, as far as i could see, the ipt has a lot to answer up to and it ain't just the ipt players, it's THE BILLIARD WORLD simply wanting to know~~~~~ was it easy to find the cord"
I do care if the players get paid !
I know you will all be paid before Chicago.
The only reason that I care if you players get paid or not is the success of the IPT.
If you don't get paid that means the IPT is over.
Don't worry Bernie, that won't happen.

"Don't worry" LOLOLOL Hey Bernie, this message is brought to you by the same people that told you FedEx made a mistake, the IRS forms have to be filled out first, and the checks are in the mail... but don't worry. ;)

You "know" the players will be paid. Really. Expand on that please.

The players will be paid lip service, Jay. I thought that was obvious!

I know this is just humor, but I can assure you that Lori Jon has nothing to do with any of what is going on.

I didn't see the Biiliard World attend any Qualifiers here in Tulsa, at Magoo's in Tulsa. If there had been a $25 cover charge, the Pool Room would have been closed up. There aren't many spectators at the $3,000,000 events in Reno, either (less than 200). That my friends, is rediculous. No support means no tomorrow....

yup. Why is in leftfield. Because is the centerfielder. Tomorrow is the pitcher. Today the catcher. I don't give a damn is the shortstop.

Call me the shortstop. I'm done... I don't give a damn. Even though I assumed Tuesdays "announcement" would simply be another carrot replacement with an announcement about an announcement, I was still hopeful that I was wrong and I was still hopeful that the players would get paid.

I'm no longer hopeful of anything where the IPT is concerned. What Eydie posted is much, much closer to the truth than anything the IPT has ever said or ever will say.

In the begining I didn't hold KT's past against him... I gave him a chance and supported his ideas. I got burned. Luckily for me, it was only my trust that got burned and not my bank account.

I truly am sorry for all the IPT players and the guys that have put so much time and money into the qualifiers. I wish them all the best with this fiasco. I've pointed out all that I can and said all that I can... not that it changed anything but at least I was able to obtain some factual info along the way (not out of mid-air but from credible sources  ) and I feel that I was able to help some folks be a little more informed on some of the lies and mistreatment from the IPT.

I'm tired and burned out... KT can spin webs of lies far longer than I can stay the course. Something has come up personally that I would rather focus my energy on. If something ground breaking happens, someone give me a call. Otherwise.... best of luck to all the players. There's a lot of pool warriors out there and I know that they'll continue to do what they do best and they'll survive... they always do. ;)

It's OK, Timberly -- you deserve a combat rotation. Spend a little time stateside in R&R. We'll stay on the lines, and keep the powder dry.
