yahoo contracts out all its webhosting and domain services , they do NOT have their own facilities for servers nor are they an accredited ICANN domain registrar, just another way for them to make a buck , so when you host your website with yahoo it is actually hosted with a 3rd party, so when something happens its a nightmare, you yell at yahoo then they take a few days to answer you, then they forward that email to the server contractor , then that contractor sends that email to support in India , then that guy tries to answer you a few days after that in broken english , then you tell him whats wrong , then that guy has no clue and forwards that message back to the 3rd party hosting provider and then they try to get one of the techies out of the cafateria from eating his pizza to go and take a look see, then that guy has no clue so he reboots the server to see if it will work now , and if it don't then he emails back to the guy in India that he is working on it , then that guy emails yahoo that a service ticket has been opened and to inform their client , now you get that back from yahoo a week or 2 later and your still stuck , meanwhile they guy goes back to finish his pizza.
if you think I am kidding , I AM NOT !
