I thought this had been settled some time back

mike did the right thing but some one is stirring the pot

give the guy a break

The gentleman is out a case...still. Sometimes "stirring the pot" gets results but in this case since Mike sold the business lock, stock and barrel it appears he maybe out of luck.

Dean perhaps you can influence Mike in making things right? If not maybe it's best to remain mum on the subject...

It’s a “bailment” and he is responsible to safeguard and return your case. Look up bailment. I have an It’s George.. I had them put my name on the cap at their Shreveport location 18 years ago.
