Does anyone out there have any information on where I can get Ivor-X? Does it only come in pre cut ferrule, or can you also get it in tubing form?

No.
Kerry used to sell 9/16 rods but some repair hacks were busting them with their un-lined robogrips and pliers. Ivor-X is designed to have a cap and some were trimming the cap off and blamed the material when they cracked.

So, I don't know if Kerry would still sell rods today.
