Ivory

Has any cuemaker ever used ivory from old ivory piano keys? Is there a difference in the ivory they use in the piano keys and the ivory that cuemakers use in cues. Any info would help because I have came across a couple of pianos that need a lot restoration and it might be worth it just to part out the piano and sell the ivory keys.

I can use all the Ivory Piano keys I can get. Jim
