What is the tip size?

the tip sizes all range from larger then 13mm to and under 13.5

i think they are all slightly different because they pump so many cues out so fast..

These Cues Dollar For Dollar Are Awesome. It's Funny I Play With A Custom Searing Cue And Break With A J&j. The Guys At My Pool Hall Bust My Chops All The Time About It. But I've Tried All The Big Name Ones(except The Xbreaker) And I Actually Like These More.

they are deffinatly the best bang for the buck...

here is something.. i noticed.. look for the low end sledgehammers that look like that walnut stained break cue, it makes you wonder.. but they look exactly like the same color and what not.. to me it looks like they take the lesser expensive j&J and beef it up alittle.. add a butt cap, put some phenoic between the jump but and the handle,(which by the way is the EXACT same pin.. and then they throw the big pin and make a custom shaft for the sledges and tada.. 300 break cue!

i love my pete omen break cue but my relative uses a j&j and we play together alot and i dont even take mine out of the case...

would u have shafts for sale too?
do u ship internationally and what would the cost be?

i use the J&J and i woudnt change it for anything else either. (havent tried the xbreaker yet). at this price, this is a MUST have cue.

to bad i already have one, but im advising this cue to anyone i know. one of my new trainingpartner is looking for a new j/b so he might be interested in one. im interested in another shaft for it. here in europe they cost alot more. around 70€ without shipping, so lets say its close to 90-100 bucks with shipping. at the price you are offering them its a real bargain.

ps are the cue's new or used?

I agree, I bought one of these from Chris and it hits a ton. I've been trying other "more expensive" break cues and not one of them out perform the J&J. A lot of bang for the buck.

the cues are brand new.. and sorry.. i do not sell the shafts seperate.. i seen a few guys doing that.. but i am not sure if they get them the same place i do.. , also. it has been my experience that the shafts arent too interchangeable.. well.. they are because of the same pin.. but the cut and diameter are different in most.. it seems they make them so fast that they are not aways the same.. as far as shipping internationally.. i am not against that.. but the shipping price and the added fees are more.. you can pm me, and we can discuss it... chris

Chris .... My J&J break/jump cue (#2719 - 4 pointer with Palmwood forearm) has a 14mm tip with 1/2" phenolic white ferrule/tip. I did crack 1/3 of the tip off last Saturday night, but I do like the cue a lot. It breaks good, and I feel more confident jumping with it, although the phenolic tip took a little getting used to on jumping, but my jumping is now closer and better than before.

The only other one I would consider would be the Xbreaker, and I would not probably sell the J&J, but keep it as a backup. I have a friend that plays my speed, had one originally, and I noticed how good he was breaking, and his jumping with it was about 90-95% made, I kid you not

He sold all his cues, and 3 months later got all new cues, and is using the new Bunjee Break/Jump cue. He doesn't get the action on the break he used to, and his jumping percentage of balls made is WAY down, which is okay with me because I play him for money all the time ....<grin>.

hmm.. 14mm is pretty large.. measured the tip with a micrometer and it came to 13.33 or something like that.. second time i did it, it came out thicker.. is there a trick to using of of those things.. the one i have is a really nice brown and sharp digital.. i know its all zero'd and all.. but what would be the tenqnique for getting an exact reading..
