A classic for sure. I had forgotten how funny Norton was in this series. When Jackie said the pool time was .65 cents and hour I got a real chuckle. When I started to play pool it was .60 cents an hour or ten cents a game. We played lots of straight pool, most games were to 50 points and the loser paid the table time. Back in 66 you did not want to get stuck paying the table time for any amount. SO I always tried to get the first 7 balls per rack after that I was up..
Those were some great days in America, I had a newspaper route with 95 houses to deliver to. Six days a week and I generally made about 22 bucks a week. Then there was all the side jobs for my customers, snow shoveling, grass mowing and my favorite. Catching goldfish at the local pond for the ladies that had fish ponds in their back yards.. HOW SWEET IT IS!
