Why dont you just stop all your BS here on az,you have used up all your resources on ebay and they booted you outa there and now your trying to see if it'll work here on az but it wont. I have a friend back east who warned me about huff cues and as we can all see there's good reason,What dont you understand GIVE HIM THE CUES OR THE MONEY. Its all Bs about the postal service including knowing a postmaster,TELL HIS NAME SO MARK CAN CHECK THIS!You even edit'ed those emails because you put a smiley face in a email thats dated DEC. 94 and you weren't a memeber til JAN 2005! Settle The matter or face the law. They do have LAW in Floyd VA.

i didnt edit anything...i can forward them to you!!! i copied and pasted them all...GOODBYE !!! you wanted proof and i showed it and now you still want to make accusations??? this just shows what type of mindless idiots there are in this world!! GET A REAL LIFE!!! and i dont know what you are talking about on ebay??? and i dont live in floyd va wherever you got that info...AGAIN trying to accuse someone of something when you DONT KNOW WHAT you are talking about!! this just shows the good people on az who NOT to deal with>>>YOU!!! GOODBYE AND GOOD RIDDANCE!!!

and what does it matter that i wasnt on az until jan 05...as usual you make points that MAKE NO SENSE!!! do YOU honestly even know what you are talking about??? these emails were from YAHOO!!!

This is total BS. The post office doesn't care if it's "actual" value or "sentimental" value. They have no idea what the cues are worth. They only know how much insurance you bought. If you insured the package for $1000.00 and they lost it, they would pay you $1000.00. You aren't very good at making up stories. I'm surprised you didn't say the tracking number was 123456.

I don't even believe that the cues were lost in the mail, but even if they were lost, it's still up to you to pay your customer. YOU are the one responsible for your customers cues until they are back in his hands safely, so pay him the money for his cues and stop whining.

call your local post office and ask them that and see what answer you get??? you will be VERY surprised!! because thats NOT how it works at all...because of all the ins fraud that has been done before if you file a claim you have to prove the value of the item!!! otherwise what would stop someone from sending a box of rocks and putting it was a stereo or something and value it with ins for $1000..then it gets lost and you think the post office will just give them 1000 without any more info??? GET REAL!!! AGAIN you post comments like you know everything about everything, but truth is you really have no idea how things really work!!! of course we can all see by now this is what most all of your posts look like!!! and truth be known the deal was that mr. smith was paying for return shipping, so if there was any ins to be placed it was his responsibilty to pay and for how much!! did he do it ?? NO!!! he sent a prepaid label for shipping but it didnt have any ins on it at all...i did it on my own out of my pocket!! so i DID what i was supposed to do and i could have just said tough luck... but i have went out of my way to do more and get the cue....if you cant see this then im sorry that you live in your own little dillusional world...
for anyone who has ever dealt with postal ins please post here about any problems you have ahd on high dollar items so this moron can see what the real world looks like and how it works!!! thanks

Hey, I never thought of that before, what a good way to make some money.

Box up something worth nothing and insure it for 1,000 dollars and "hope" it gets lost.

That's $11.20 for the insurance plus shipping cost. Lets just make it $15.00 for shipping and insurance.

You could do that 66 times (before they lose one) before you would lose money. Of course you would have to go to different post offices because after about 20 times at the same one, they might start thinking you are pulling something. :)

Yea, that sounds like a great scam, why didn't I think of that one. :D :D

Scammer

and what does it matter that i wasnt on az until jan 05...as usual you make points that MAKE NO SENSE!!! do YOU honestly even know what you are talking about??? these emails were from YAHOO!!!
Only you could think of a scam like that with the rocks! So let see, your not DAVID HUFF out of the roanoke va area right? Sure, and you sell 200 cues a month,It doesnt get any deeper than that fella's!!!!You must be loaded!! Man,your pathetic.

The bottom line is, I've NEVER EVER recieved a tracking number.
NEVER EVER!!!!!!!!!!
When I sent the cues, I included a return postage label that was PAID for.
That included insurance.
It was in the box with the cues.

I've tried civil e mails and they haven't worked either.
I sent one a few days ago, kindly asking if we could stop this stupid bickering.
Just send the cues back and we'll be done with this nonsense.
I got no response.

I had no other choice but to make initial contact with the Virginia Better Business Bureau.
Now I'm waiting to see if Huffcues is actually a business with a Va. state sales and use tax ID number.
In the meantime, I'm getting everything together for civil litigation should that become necessary.

Hey folks, my hands are tied on this one.
I've exhausted all other methods of resolution.

If you made your transactions over the internet, email, etc. and have a trail/thread, he may be guilty of what is equivalent to mail fraud, which is a felony, especially if you paid your funds with paypal or something else online. I'm sorry for your loss of your nephew's cues. I know I would be real sore about it. I would consult a lawyer if you know one.

It would be interesting to find out who in a court of law, has the burden of proof!

Huffcues would be well advised to do the same to defend himself if he believes his story to be true as well. If I were a cue dealer, I would jump through hoops to not offend my customers, as it can have a ripple effect in the market for you as a seller.

Its no problem with buying a cue for cheap and sellin it higher... many of us here has been guilty of that, sometimes we see a steal, and we swop for it to earn a few bucks... perfectly legitimate..
Whats not is ur initial denial that it was a trade and not cues u bought straight off ebay ... and only after all the proof and Ebay IDs and stuff came surfaced up by helpful AZers here, u went ranting like u r an innocent boy..
It seems pretty obvious now, u are an habitual liar...that was caught lying.. .. and i think u are so good at lying that sometimes u got yourself fooled into thinkin you were the victim.
it was a simple act of opportunism for the Jacoby... u need not cook up tales..
I really dun expect to think u will clean up ur act now..
