That's just Dean being Dean
I've gotten a few cues from Dean, not only sight unseen, but also one as a surprise.
Also other items, like a case and set of very unique cue balls.
Always top notch and he stands behind everything he touches.
I'm sure others will chime in with similar sentiments.
