James White Ivory Joint

I am selling my James White Szamboti tribute cue. This was a replica of the Tascha cue. It is in excellent condition. Shafts only show very light bluing. Both shafts are 13mm and have ivory ferrules. Cue weighs 19.5 oz.
Black lizard wrap. Full piloted ivory joint. The black veneer is a double black veneer. Barbells are the blue veneer color with ivory ends. Cue plays extremely well, one of the best Whites I've ever played with.
Another cue that needs to go from my collection.

Is there anyway of getting ivory out of the USA safely? Legally?

I remembered someone mention something about pre-ban ivory. How does that work? Is it just some document that the maker can just furnish?
