It's been "the news" that we have dreaded for a while now and it
came at 11:00 this morning. Leonard called with simply," she passed
about 20 minutes ago. Please let all the players and pool related people
know just how much she loved them".

Leonard had asked me to let everyone know, and with that said, I am. She
was such a beautiful person, inside and out. She had a heart of gold and
the patience of Job and will be missed dearly by her family and by those
who loved her in our community.

I have known the Bludworth's for many years. Leonard and Janice have
been like family to me and were some of the first people to lend me
their support when Bob and I first began our events. I will miss Janice
dearly, she was my friend and the love of Leonard's life.

I will post the arrangements as soon as I am notified.

Thanks Gary, Janice will be missed by many of us. Please tell rain-bow, about Janice, for me. Thanks
see ya down the road.

Leonard,
I know I already gave my condolences to you on the phone when you called to share the news of Janice passing away. But I do want to share something with you here. When I was out at your place looking at the machine you were building for me, you took me in to talk to Janice and she was very weak and not able to talk much. It saddened me very much to see her so weak and frail. But when you came to my place to deliver the machine you let me talk to her on the phone and she was her humorous fiesty self that I had seen standing by your side at the tournaments and trade shows. I will always remember that phone call and remember her strong spirit that dwelt inside of her. I have comfort in knowing that the frail body I saw in Leakey that day just let that strong spirit go to gain a body that is truly worthy of that strong spirit. You were more blessed than most men will ever experience to have had such a strong spirit stick by your side for that many years. I do pray you will have peace and comfort and not greave too long. We all know she is much happier now that she does not have to be hindered by the frail body that kept her down these past many months. God bless you and your family and may his comfort be with you all during this time.
Chris

Although we have never met, I know you have done a TON for pool, poolplayers, and the cue-making world, Leonard. I am very sorry to hear about your double whammy -- Janice and now your father. My sincere condolences to you and yours...

Leonard,

Kim and I are deeply saddened. You have our deepest sympathy for you and your family for both of your losses.
