Won't ever happen. Predator is the luxury brand of production cues. Their prices are high, and they sell out consistently.I think JFlowers has at least 4 players signed now including Shaw. That would be Earl, Rodney, Dennis and now Shaw, I suspect that there's not a damn thing wrong with their cues. Maybe between the Flowers, and Rhino cues a little pressure will be applied to Revo and all the other over priced cues to lower their prices by about 30 per cent.
Predator has very loyal fan base that buys everything they make. No reason for them to lower prices.Won't ever happen. Predator is the luxury brand of production cues. Their prices are high, and they sell out consistently.
When you say low 6 figures do you mean more than $100,000K or $1,000.00??? $100,000K is more than I would have ever guessed. Wow!!!In the past I have heard of everything from low six figures per year to the player gets product that he has to sell.
I have heard $100k or so.When you say low 6 figures do you mean more than $100,000K or $1,000.00??? $100,000K is more than I would have ever guessed. Wow!!!
Predator and 'luxury' in the same sentence - credit to them for convincing you allWon't ever happen. Predator is the luxury brand of production cues. Their prices are high, and they sell out consistently.
I know of a player previously "sponsored" by a custom cue maker who gave him a cue for free. When this player started winning tournaments, the bigger brands noticed and offered him 100,000 dollars a year if he played with their cue. Naturally, he switched sponsors. An interesting detail is that he didn't win much anymore after he moved to the new sponsorI have heard $100k or so.
One would have to name the cues and the player to let us know if this is true or not...I know of a player previously "sponsored" by a custom cue maker who gave him a cue for free. I did.. didn't I? I wasn't thinking about that when I wrote my comment haha.. well at least only real connoisseurs will be able to figure it out and even then it won't be 100%.well, you did narrow it down since very few american and european pros have wielded custom cues in recent history![]()
Same with Mezz and Cuetec fans. Loyal and big fan base means higher prices.Predator has very loyal fan base that buys everything they make. No reason for them to lower prices.
