You try to stoke division in pool. I've sat in diners early morning after the pool rooms closed with white guys, black guys, young guys, old guys, rich and poor guys we all just sat there together cuz we had the same thing in common we love pool, we were pool players.

It might be one of the things I've Loved about pool so much there was little or no prejudice in the pool room. Guys with handicaps, speech impediments, you name it and they're all accepted.

There's a place in the lower left or you can pull up edit and delete, why don't you just delete this thread and let it go.

He says it belongs back in the USA, why? USA probably has the lowest pool interest in the world. I remember playing in tournaments in Germany and the Netherlands over 30 years ago and they're having high run competitions during the 9 ball tournament in straight pool. 14.1 is played more in other countries than it is here.

Well I don't know... when most people say something like that, they don't really, technically mean it. I suppose there are the Archie Bunker types, but I've found most people aren't really like that. You're definitely right about US participation though.

Some of the rooms I hung out in N.J. were a refuge for those that did not fit in anywhere else for a lot of reasons.
As long as they acted appropriately they were welcome.
It sure made for a place with all kinds of characters.

Shane can be a stubborn and competitive guy. He should watch some video, tweak his strategy a little and give it another try. It's probably going to take a young, more hungry guy though. I believe Filler could be a threat to that record.

Filler is my favorite player today and he has a chance to break the record, but that just takes it to Germany.
