Guys -

I must have the wrong email for JB Cases. I sent him an email about a week ago with no response.

Can someone send me a good email address to order a case?

They’re notoriously bad at returning emails so it’s possible you may have emailed the correct address and they just haven’t responded yet.

We will answer when we can. Current orders get priority over potential new ones.
You're current business model is obviously successful. However leaving potential customers in the cold and unanswered is a good way to have your business dry up.

Maybe try an automated reply email, so people at least know they have the right contact info...? should take ~5mins to set up.
