Bradon, unforturtunately, to be fair to everyone, they will have 48 hours to pay after the payment request has been sent. Please read my explanation, in blue, on page 1.

To make sure this raffle gets running on time this Friday night, the 3 remaining unpaid spots are being made available to GoTulane, who has expressed interest in getting any spots not paid for or anyone dropping out.
(After 2 PM requests for payment and 48 hours waiting time, I did not receive any replies from scttybee).

But to be fair to you at the same time, you've paid for those spots, and technically, they belong to you now. I'll refund you the payment if you decide to give them back. It's up to you...

Vyc is a good guy, and I understand wanting to have a raffle full in order to run it quickly. But since you have replied with plenty of time, you can have the 3 spots left - even though I believe you might have the winner!!!!
Vyc can refund my $$, and he can accept yours for the spots.

I'm really sorry you feel that way. I'm only trying to do the best I can here, given the situation I'm in. This is my first raffle. Next time I run another raffle, I will give participants the option to pay ahead of time.
I just received a PM from GoTulane that he is willing to give you back the 3 spots. I have no hard feelings towards anybody. If you still want your spots, you may have them. Let me know what you want to do. If you don't reply, then GoTulane can keep the spots.
So far, you haven't lost anything...if you give up your spots now, then you've lost...
