JBCases responses

I wish I could blame it on Gmail but the fact of it is that I simply suck at email. I don't know I used to think email was really great but now I kind of hate it. Same goes for PMs. They both multiply like rabbits or even faster than rabbits. I answer then and then I have 10-20 new replies from those answers and 5 more new emails and it keeps going.

Your project cases are on the way, I hope you do something very fun with them.

Thanks for the heads up on the project cases. I'll have fun, and hopefully not do too bad of a job.

As for email etc. I know exactly what you mean. Now that my business is taking off I am having a love/hate relationship with email. The way it piles up can really be a pain in the arse. I check my email every chance I get and just keep chipping away at it.

Delegating is necessary. I started referring things like scheduling and billing email straight to my wife. I don't need it to go through me. It just makes me more nuts so it's best to get it off my plate.

John,

I know you guys are quite busy. I am not worried about the wait if you start my project, I just need to know if it is something JB Cases will be able to complete. Please reference Marcel's emails with superdan301@yahoo.com

You may contact me there if you wish to discuss the matter further in private.

Thanks again.

Payment sent John, sorry for the delay, just saw your response. I will send my address via email. Thanks.

Got it. Marcel and I were discussing it yesterday. I voted to take it on and Karen and Marcel both reminded me that we have a ton of projects to complete. So I would say for the violin case it's probably best to either find someone else or wait a bit until we have cleared the backlog of big projects. I think that there was someone on AZB selling them a while back. If I find the link I will post it here for you.

Thank you JB.

I just want to say thank you for all your hard work towards quality customer service. Obviously things are not perfect all the time, but from your posts I've read on az and from your generosity in donating a case for a fundraiser of a great friend of mine who past away. I simply just want to say thank you, and want you to know that many people do appreciate the kind of business you run.

No need to post the link, I have seen it. Although it looks like a solid piece of work, it just isn't what I had in mind. Contact me whenever your case load lightens up if you are still interested in the project.

With that being said, Marcel and I will continue working on my other case.

Thanks.
