I've been looking for info on how Jeanettes surgery went and when the lovely Widow expects to be back at the table. Anybody heard? :confused:
I hope all is well with her,she is and always will be one of my favorite lady players.
I may not be back to this post for awhile as I'm battening down for hurricane Katrina.

I hope Jeanette recovers from her back surgery just fine, she always is and always will be one of my favorite players.

Thank you all for your concern. I and my fellow Baton Rougians dodged most of the bullitt (trees and powerlines) but areas of New Orleans and surrounding parishes are devastated. From local news helicopter footage I'd say the chances of anybody getting action at the "Corner Pocket" in Kenner is a long way off...about 2 to 6 foot of water in Kenner and Metarie. My old apartment next to Lake pontchatrain is probably under about 10 ft. I'd guess 300,000-500,000 people will be "severly" affected by this one.
I found the info on Jeanette on a post from several weeks ago...she made it through surgery OK,no word on when she'll be back at the table (hard to tell with back surgery).
