After seeing the pic of Karen Corr in a tank top, and always seeing excellent pics of Jennifer Baretta. someone needs to step up.


About 10 years ago someone had the idea of making a calender of the ladies of the LPGA golf tour. Shortly after that the tour became a major player and became a weekly television offering.

Myself, although the LPGA now has sweethearts such as Paula Creamer, and thier poster girl of Anika ( I do not take steroids) Sorenston, would much rather be looking at the ladies of pool.

Just think about the possibilities of Jeanette Lee as Miss October, dressed as a Black Widow, and seeing Ewa as a Christmas Elf.

I do not mean scantilly dressed poses, but those that would capture the true image of the player and their persona...all in a billiards related image.


Just my thoughts...

and Damn Karen is a hottie!!

I would love to see her on one of those makeover reality shows, with an image consultant that would show another image of her to the public!!!!

That is a great idea! Get her on "What Not To Wear"! With a body like that, she should be shooting in leather body suits like Catwoman or Trinity (The Matrix).
 
Except for a few women pool players I think that most of them would rather be know as a great pool player that a sexy one. It is a shame that women have to promote sex to get recognition. I know that a lot of men only go to the women tournaments to oogle at them. And it is the same with any show. The women always have to wear revealing and sexy clothes. Sex sells. This can be proven by Hollywood. Most of the women singers and actresses don't have any talent except for looking sexy and flaunting their bodies. That is why their divorce rate is so high.

Karen is a good example of the old saying about show cars. They are all chrome and show but no go. Majority of women that like to flaunt it are usually the **** teasers. Women like Karen are the diamond in the rough. They would probably **** your brains out.

Different players go in different directions. Some know that they don't have the talent to be #1 so they sell their other asset, sex. Some utilize both and really cash in. Karen could be one of them if she wanted to, but I don't thinks she has it in her personality.

The WPBA does have a calendar. The problem is that you have to spend at least $250 to get it. :(

ok i have to say it. WHAT????? KORR? I tend to keep my opinions in this matter limited as i hate offending people. Is it a nice body? it's not bad, but a hottie? In my own personal opinion, I say she is a 7 in looks. 9 in pool, she would definitely run racks on my a$$ all day long, but I just don't see it. If you have a pic (keep it poster friendly, PM if you got something interesting LOL) post it because i love to have my views changed. Also, I remember meeting Loree Jon Jones a couple of years back, and was thinking dang, that there is a hottie. Jeanette Lee, Ewa Lawrence, Jenn Barretta, Angelina Paglia, etc. etc. (They all look better holding a cue, and to me, they all look a helluva a lot better when they 3 racks and out.) But KORR???? AM I JUST NOT SEEING SOMETHING YOU GUYS ARE???

Is that a new calendar? :confused:

They did have a calendar in 2005 that was available through a numer of outlets, including Mueller's catalog. I still have it hanging in my office, waiting for a replacement.

I think they should put out a calendar each year, to show off a lot more of the ladies in the WPBA.
 
well who is in the WPBA calendar and is it worth joining? also i would be all for a calendar of the women's top players lets sget it done! why doesnt karen just play in an outfit like that nad it would make all of her fans happy

It's true isn't it? Women are more attractive when they're holding a pool cue. ok this is sliding dangerously close to the "You Know You're addicted to pool when:" thread.
 
Glamour is part of what brings money to any sport, be it womens or mens. It is refreshing to see some of the men in tournaments dressing better than even the dress code requires. I think it is a pleasure to watch an attractive, classy, sexy, poised female play good pool as I think most women would like to see and attractive, classy, sexy, poised male play the game.

This may be something to think about when someone says there is no money in the game.

lol i was thinking the same thing. I would also have to add women racking. :D
