Jenor urate or ronej cues???

Not the bedt pics they are taken with a fisheye lense but cues are laser straight and no inlay or rig pops or finish issues

Are these the cues that Cuesterpat sent you as trade and you kept but didn't ship your cues? Or different ones?

Yes Verbalist, they are my cues that I sent him and he never sent the cues he was supposed to send me.

I reserve red rep only for incredible lack of integrity and you just met the criteria and got turned red. Out of three deals you have been involved with on here two of them have been horrible. One involves several awful business practices all in the one deal, and the other one, the one involving the cues you are wanting to know the value of in this thread, was supposed to be a trade deal but the other party (cuesterpat) claims you never sent your end of the trade and are stealing his cues.

Care to explain why cuesterpat has not been properly compensated for these cues that he sent you per your agreement with him? Or if you are still intending to complete your end of the deal at some point, care to explain why there has been such a delay and lack of communication on your end?
 
AZB should post Ringer's IP addresses to assist the police in recovering stolen property.
 
Just a note - the top cue was put up for sale on Facebook in the Open Billiards Market on August 7 by an Eric Lacey. I contacted him about purchasing (I hadn't seen this thread) and after him telling me he didn't have PayPal but I could send it to his friend but he would only take it as a gift, blah blah blah - in other words no payment that could be refunded.

I just found out that the cue was sold to Rush72 so try and contact him about getting the cue.

I'm a little confused which is normal for me.
Was the cue sold to DJay Customs originally, or recently.
If DJ just bought the cue, how is that going to help cuester-p get his cues back?
If DJ was the original owner, what difference does it make other than he may have information on the criminal.
I doubt cuester wants to pay for those cues twice

I contacted DJ on Facebook and he told me he purchased the cue from Eric Lacey. I am just providing the information so that any interested parties can communicate.

I appreciate all of your comments and information fellow AZ'ers. I was actually going to post a thread about the trade gone bad with Ringer69 and had already contacted Jerry F. about what I could say in the post. I have been contacted by the person that bought 1 of the cues saying he did not know the cue was not Eric's to sell at this point. I asked him if he would provide help down the road if I needed it, which he has not had chance to reply to as I just sent him a reply to his PM. My question for you guys is should I start a thread "outting" him or just let you guys keep this thread on the first page by you posting and bumping the thread.

Starting a new thread is up to you, and not a bad idea, but you can out the guy anytime, anyplace.
You could do a triple whammy to the guy on this one

Well all we need now is his mailing address so every AZ member can send him an envelope full of glitter.

100% you need to start a new thread and the title needs to have his user names in it along with why the thread is being started. Something like "Ringer69 (facebook name Eric Lacey/email Ericlaceyhustler@gmail.com) stole my cues". Then in the post describe the entire deal including dates and the communications you had along with any information you have about the guy.

Then every time you see him start a thread on here or facrbook you need to post a response with a link to your thread. You might also want to include a link to this thread also for good measure to go along with yours. http://forums.azbilliards.com/showthread.php?t=403433 And personally I would post a link to those threads on his personal facebook page as well so his friends and family know the BS he has been pulling and maybe there is even somebody in his life that has some half decent integrity and will pressure him to do the right thing.

I am assuming of course that you have asked for a tracking number and that Ringer69 is now refusing to communicate with you and also that you have allowed more than enough time to pass for the trade cues to arrive if he had in fact shipped them as he said he would. If not you obviously need to do those things first.

I have the bottom cue.

I bought it from Busboy who also requested payment via PayPal as a gift. Fortunately, I didn't do that. I made the payment as a purchase and covered the fees. I'm absolutely willing to send the cue back to you. However, I'd like to contact PayPal first and see how they recommend we proceed. Perhaps we can get Busboy and Ringer involved in this conversation and work the whole thing out.

In any event, know that the bottom cue is safely in my possession and will be returned if it turns out this whole thing has indeed been a scam.

I'll PM Busboy right now and try to keep a close eye on this thread.

I received information that busboy is a friend of Eric Lacey aka Ringer69 and now know he has implicated himself in this deal by selling the second cue. Based on what I understand what Eric has done constitutes mail fraud and I intend to pursue action in that direction. I appreciate everyone's comments and advice in this matter and I will be creating a thread per the advise received.

Not sure what's going on with him I did not have anything to do with this deal I did however trade two of my cues for the cue sold to scott k ill try to get ahold of him and get this worked out for op not sure why he would be doing this
