Jerry Olivier cues!!!!

I love the way his cues play. As a matter of fact I just won my first ring game on tourney with one. Great cues

Very reasonable

www.flash.net/~jocues

Very reasonably priced, starting at $300.
I bought one in September, 1999, same basic price, $300, for a friend of mine. I practiced with it for a week before giving it to her, and was so impressed with the value that I decided to order one for myself. This was my first case of "custom-cue fever" since 1978 when I ordered my 2nd Szamboti.

I drew up my own design and emailed it to Jerry. He quoted a price of $750, and I gave him the "go-ahead". Six weeks later it arrived.

He's always at the "Derby", so see for yourself.

they are very nice cues.you would be suprised the amount of work these cuemakers put into making their cues.

His cues do play very nice. I have owned a couple of them that I bought at the DCC. Resale of his cues was not the easiest, but if you are buying the cue to play with and have no plans of trying to get your money back, you are going to do fine. He does some very nice, clean work. Very nice to talk to as well.

My 2 cents, JBK

Good cues, good price, and a damn good guy to do business with. A nicer guy you won't find in the billiard industry.

Olivier's are player cues, with a nice hit and feel. If you are looking for a good quality custom cue at a reasonable price to play with, then Jerry can help you.

I have a couple of his cues also and agree with all the above statements. Does anyone know about his background? I heard he apprenticed with Leonard Bludworth but I am not at all sure if that is true or not. Anyone got any info to share?

Hi Dan,
He kind of sort of learned from my methods. He purchased machinery that was a dead nuts copy of mine from another person. I have sold him some equipment about 2 yrs., after he got up and going.

Please, guys.
I don't know who started that rumor, but there way off base.
Joey Gold, [ who I talk with often ] has only helped one person, in the past.
No way, it's just not possible.

Joey and I are the best of friends. He's a great cuemaker. Knows more than most, he can play and knows what to expect out of a cue..
Joey and I both talk about methods we use and compare notes as we have for years. We visit from time to time, [as we did today].
We have a lot of respect for each others, abilitys..

Very nice cues. My only complaint is that I bought one and a brand new predator shaft and the joint doesn't match. The predator is slightly larger.

this is mine from my collection

I enjoy playing with his cue I mainly have used it at during the use of the heavy cue ball. The cue has a great feel and control to it.

Jerry is a great friend & I enjoyed seeing him this past fall.

Mr. Bludworth thank you for the straightening of the forum.

shoot straight and shoot often
