considering selling my favorite jerry-r- cue pictures say it all , all the white is ivory except butt cap one shaft ivory ferril, cue rolls straight, together, shaft rolls of a tiny bit in the taper, lizard skin wrap , looking to see what kind of offers i get, im not looking to give it away but i will accept a resonable offer

Merry Christmas Jay, I have jerry-r cue, I play with at Marks place, I took a few cues up there to show the guys, they were all alot more interested in them that I expected, They are artists and liked the art, I was telling them how cues are made etc. You would have thought I was holding court-everything stopped and they all listened(it was kinda weird) it caught me off guard. I go up there just to bang balls sometimes. If I had the $$$ I buy him a Diamond barbox, thats my goal this year-to buy him a Diamond box.

That's a fine cue in this thread, best of luck with the sale.

I will email you pics after the 29th on my back, its comming along real good.

merry chrismas, yes the art in making cues is something a real artist will take notice to for sure, mark is a lucky guy to have a friend like yourself, look forward to seeing the new pics have a great new year

thanks for the kind words, but i'm lucky to have you and Mark as friends.

After 60 something hours now in the chair I know Mark pretty good, I used to hang out when he was at Tattoo Mania back in the day 94-95, So we go way back. He was awalys interested in telemarketing, that was back in the boiler room and Mafia days. He is triple cool, he is doing a lot of celebraty tattoos now, Suge Knite was in the other night he booked Suge for the 29th, I said "Hey, that's my Birthday", So Suge is now going in on the 30th not the 29th(actually its for the girl he is rollin with) LOL,

I go back about 8 years with Suge, I know him he knows me, I have hung out with him in LA and Maimi a few times but we aint tight. It was cool for him to change the appointment night for me. I met him accidentally in Maimi when I called security on him-its a funny story i will tell you some day-lets just say Suge isnt the smartest guy to call security on(if you care about your health), I figured out it was Suge before security got involved, and appologised to Suge(he wasnt sure why-thats when i knew they hadnt got to him yet), this went down at the Delano hotel in South Beach in 02. I rolled with him the next night, then in 05 a few times, I hadnt seen him around until the other night.

When I go in on the 29th I will tell Mark the Story about Maimi, I will go in on the 30th to thank Suge again and see him for a few minutes.

I have awalys liked the Sunset Strip, thats my hang out, not the Vegas strip(I avoid that as much as possibe),

i'm really bosrd right now, should I go to the pool room?

thanks i appriciate that, there are quite a few customers i have become good friends with after tattooing them , when you spend that kind of time with people you develope a friendship for sure, so i guess its really us (the atrists who are the lucky ones) cause we get to meet cool people like your self , and thanks for sharing it was a really nice story:smile: well have fun at the pool hall and send some more pics when youget the work done i wanna see the rest

thanks for the bump, the cue really hits great as well i hate to even consider selling it but times are kinda rough right now, maybe ill get lucky and wont have to sell it, i think in a few years jerrys cues will be really sought after, in my opinion he will be the next szamboti:smile:
 
I'm not one for anything but a white linen wrap but, THAT wrap is perfect for this cue. Great colors. I really like how everything flows together in this one.
