Paypal makes sending money from another country a pain in the ass!
My permenant residence is still in California, but since Im visiting Bangkok, paypal thinks someone else is trying to use my account. Every time I wanna send money I have to go through a rediculous address confirmation process where they mail a letter to my house in Nor Cal and then I have to have my parents email me the code to enter online to lift the restriction on my account in order to send money.

I wish you could just notify them that your traveling like you do with your banks. It would make this a lot easier. This is the second time this has happend to me.
