I do not doubt you, but that sure looks like a 3/8-11 pin.
Regardless, that IS a lot of cue for the money.
Can you tell me, from the joint down, where the do dimensions begin to thin out, and by how much? Also, is it a consistent run (taper change), or squared/straightened out from x point downward? (if that made any sense, I'd be impressed with you, lol).

That is a Brass 3/8 x 10 . Looks different , with wrap . Looks good . GL JIm

Bankr - the dimensions are pretty normal down to the bottom of the wrap. From there it gets a little smaller and then increases a bit at the butt cap as shown in the pictures.
