Joe Nielsen, great guy report!

I ordered three hundred dollars worth of stuff from Joe about a month and a half ago, putting a check in the mail. The check never got there so I used my credit card over the phone and asked him to keep an eye out for my check.

I got a phone call a little while ago, he had received the check and not only remembered not to try to process it, he picked up the phone and told me that it wasn't floating around anymore. He intended to tear it up and send it back but I told him tearing it up and throwing it away was just fine. You have to trust a guy with six thousand or so good reps on e-bay and zero bad ones(Joe Rackem) who also bothers to pick up a phone when it will only cost him money.

Needless to say, he will make a few dollars off of me in the future as I find need for other items he stocks. This is customer service above and beyond.

I've dealt with this guy for quite a while and he NEVER disappoints. I once ordered a Lucasi cue from him for a friend of mine. Later, another guy liked this cue and I wrote Joe to see if he could get one as close as possible to the first one. About 3 days later I get a cue that not only is the same model, but it weighs the same to the tenth of an ounce. I would trust him with any order of any amount.

Yeah I have ordered a few products and lately been getting my Mooris from him (2 for $19.99) on ebay. not too bad. Great service and good communication. I only had one problem where I ordered two moori mediums and they shipped me one medium and one slow. But after an email he shipped me the other moori medium and a prepaid return padded envelope for me to send the slow one back. Very good ebayer.
