I owned the original cue with this design. I designed it & Joel made it for me, but he made a mistake with my design. The 2 dots were supposed to be NEXT to the line, instead of next to the diamonds. The diamonds were solid on mine. The original had an Ivory joint & 3 shafts. Mine was one of the 1st cues he made, to sell & he was still being trained by Burton Spain. Joel borrowed my cue to have the picture taken, for the 1st edition of the BLUE BOOK. I won't tell you what I paid for it, but let's say his cues have really appreciated in price, as they should.
