Joel Hercek

One Piece?

Kam,
You got some amazing photography skills.
It's the closest to admiring Joel's Cue "In-Hand".
Thanks for posting your photos of Joel's workmanship.

Joel's Notched Diamond is wicked.
Nice and deep Notches...
His Ivory Barbell looks like it's one piece.
If it is...Joels' doing magic.
Can you take a close-up?
Your photos are to far to tell.......Nah....:grin-square:
His inlay lines are so clean..

"The cue came in at 19.05 ounces, Two shafts 12.85 mm med Moori Tips. I used Green spec "Penn" linen for the wrap. I have two spools of the Penn left from Burton's Spain's stock, it's about 20 years old, can't get linen like this anymore"

Joel has to be one of the greatest cue-makers to interact with ... always generous with his time and so informative

this is just gorgeous to hold in your hand... i am so ecstatic i can barely contain myself !

how sweet are those barbells !

Very nice.

I'm a year or two out on Joel's list and this is something like what I want. the wrap, the ivory joint, the notched diamonds are things I want on mine, too.

Tell us how it hits.

What a great cue!!!. The choice of veneer colors is outstanding and the work in the buttsleeve is incredible. There is not enough superlatives to describe your cue. Enjoy.

Great addition, Kam. I also a big fan of Joel's works, but i guess i'll still have 5 more years of waiting to go.

Hi Kam,

I have to say, I have seen "bigger" Herceks but this one, IMO, is the best of all. This cue is a monster and defines what I like and admire in cues. Herceks play incredible.

GLWS!

All the best,
Phil

It looks like the calendar is my biggest obstacle to acquire this cue as June 30th is the drop dead date for Californians.

The ivory in this cue basically makes this pool cue a "white elephant" among sale threads for CA cue buyers.

I wish this cue was listed last month, May, instead of now which is only days before the CA ivory ban's effective date.

Obladi Oblada.........best of luck and by the way, hanging onto this cue is not such a terrible fate......it's a great cue.
