It's almost the same taper but not a 12MM tip.
That one has a 12.9MM tip iirc.

It's not a " Filipino Taper" if it's not 12MM imo.
That's an ivory stitch E-ring btw.

The handle section is about 11-12 thou per inch and bottoms at 1.250.
Very close to a Schon I think.
The forearm is thick but the handle is thinner than Viking and closer to Schon.
