It's over and Joey won, 4-2. It was 2-1 Joey and I was leading 7-6 in game four. I missed a bank and Joey got out for a 3-1 lead. The next game I broke good and Joey had to kick. I got a shot and ran eight and out. It was 3-2 now. I got out of Joey's break and led 7-2 in game six. Joey left a ball a diamond out from my pocket, close to the end rail. I kicked at it (BAD DECISION) and missed, leaving him a bank cross corner. He made it and ran five to tie the score 7-7. We went back and forth a few innings until I made the ball in the far corner, leaving Joey a spot shot. He made it to win the match.
Joey played good and was more consistent than me. I played good in spots but made more mistakes. I asked Joey for a rematch and he said "No mas."
It was fun and Joey is a good guy to play with. We had lunch together yesterday and enjoy each others company. We are friends off the table but rivals on. We both played hard. I don't feel that bad about losing this match and by the end I was just getting in stroke. Thanks for sweating it. :wink:
